Biography

For 30 years, Jonathan Goldman has been representing individuals and small businesses in employment disputes. His practice includes litigation of employment matters in state and federal courts, state and federal administrative agencies, and civil service forums. This also includes representing federal employees in EEOC and MSPB proceedings. He also has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and severance agreements.
